Trulite's chairman is John Berger, a former Enron executive who is also behind Standard Renewable Energy, which sells energy-efficiency services and biodiesel. I would not be very quick to jump on the train of any former enron executive. Also, there would be no reason to sign off on some "secrecy pact" wherein disclosing the name of a company or person would be a problem, most every person or company who works on these things have patents, etc. that they do not need such shadowy operations, so it seems silly.
