I'd say that his reasoning skills are suspect.

His graph? It's a mish-mash of out of context scientific theories mixed liberally with religious dogma and topped off with preconceived notions.

Although Harris stresses that he believes “global warming” as a theory is exaggerated, he does believe, however, in a period of extreme global warming. “That will be in The Tribulation period … and for those us believers, we’re looking forward to it.”

Like all religious nuts who try and mix science with their mythology, Harris starts from a conclusion that he wants and builds up out-of-contextual facts and evidence to support that belief while willfully ignoring anything that contradicts what he wants to believe.

It's a pretty graph tho, it really is. But its nothing more than speculation and bad science. He is trying to tie solar radiation to causing the temperature cycles on earth. Anyone who tries that argument reveals their total lack of solar understanding and should be ignored.

I mean really, if more people like this were in a position to make policy then simple pollution laws like littering, chemical dumping, and pollutant laws would never come to be because people certainly can't screw up god's work!

If you look very carefully at the graph, you will find that the baseline of the graph is 57˚F (label on the far right) and there was a point labeled 58˚F for now. They are reporting huge shifts of average global temperature which vary at most a couple tenths of degrees from year to year. The absence of normal variations that one sees in temperature charts indicates that the data must have been made up. Regarding "nomanic times", the Scythians are known as "nomanic invaders"...

Perhaps it was a mispelling for "nomadic" and a period when the ancient Hebrews were nomadic. This also is consistent with a mostly biblical time line of the earth. The source of the data for the graph is unclear.

Simply because you fail to understand the failings of these kinds of graphs just by looking at them (probably because you want to believe they are real so much that you don't bother to apply any critical thinking skills) doesn't make my not wanting to waste a whole lot of time to explain how simple observation reveals graphs like this for the garbage they are.

Have you ever read IPCC reports? Go check out. IPCC reports are full of such graphs. In their reports you will find everything you need not to doubt natural variability of global temperature on scales similar to those on the graph. At least before 2001 report. It was 2001 report that they "smoothed" all paleoclimate data to get past centuries colder and 20 century's warming more pronounced (that is how consensus goes along with itself).
