I can't say I understand how anyone could do this to an animal. I think
it's very sad when you can't take your dog for a walk, or leave a pet
in the backyard without someone using it for target practice. Things
like this seem to be happening more, and more frequently.

What is happening to people? Why so much cruelty towards our animals?
