And note that Saddam didn't build any sewage systems. Neither did the "kings" imposed on the Iraqis by the British for decades. Nor any previous rulers of Iraq.

Think about that. A city of 200,000 people where you just dump your sewage in the streets or ditches. Just how many children died from this idiotic situation?

Did you folks read about the cholera outbreak in Iraq this past summer? No doubt it had something to do with the American Intervention (wink, wink). Seriously, why is everyone convinced that we went to do more harm than good?

When the security situation improved earlier this year, we were inspired to work hard. Our construction crews became more serious and active and are now getting more done.”
