Israel have been using White Phosphorus incendiary bombs on the civilians of Gaza.

It is illegal to do so. However, the US can't point the finger because it used the so-called "Shake and Bake" attack on the civilians of Fallujah in Iraq.

White phosphorus is the constituent of napalm that makes it keep burning under water. Whie phosphorus is so reactive that it splits water molecules creating hydrogen and oxygen, which is why it can keep burning.
