WTF - There has got to be more to the story they aren't telling!

I've read they were in the car for only 20 minutes. Poor dogs.

They claim the temp. was 84 degrees Fahrenheit. With the windows cracked surely it would not kill the dogs in 20 min. Aren't their cars equipped with air condition? Something just don't make sense in this story. Very sad story but Thanks for the clip and making people aware. Cop should have known better!!!!

Apparently something was lost in translation. Here's what it says in English:

"The Dogs Trust, an animal welfare charity, said heat can kill dogs in just 20 minutes, and that temperatures inside cars can top 104 F (40 C)."

In a hot car it doesn't take long. What a senseless tragedy.
