I fail to see anywhere in this clip any evidence the left is turning on Obama.

By the way, here are statements from the Governor of Kentucky Steve Beshear:

Gov. Steve Beshear says the Federal Emergency Management Agency is providing massive amounts of fuel for generators being used in Kentucky due to power outages caused by a massive winter storm.

Beshear said as of Saturday night nearly 2,500 of the state's 4,600 Army National Guard troops and airmen had reported for duty.

Doesn't sound like inaction to me.
