I am cheered greatly by the fact that so many are saying the same thing: if he had a brain,or a heart, he would turn it down.

I think he really is stupid for not reading the writing on the wall and turning it down even at this late stage. I bet it would help his image/ credibility enormously

However, I won't be holding my breath.
