pandora.com is also a great site. it takes what you like and finds more music like that. you can build your own channels. It is outstanding and free. great help! thanks... Yeah pandora.com is a great site too. You can skip to another song if you don't like the one currently playing. It also comes up with a playlist based on the kind of music you like to hear and how you rate their playlist. Also di.fm is a great site I think wolfgangsvault.com has a treasure trove of Bill Graham's (Wolfgang) live concerts fom the 60's to 80's...Classic stuff fro Crosby, stills, Nash, Young to Zappa ....everybody whoever played the Fillmore east and west, Winterland...Classix with geat quality And Last.fm (http://last.fm ) is not there, why?! I like to listen to music over yahoo.com/radio the normal version is free, and has really short commercials in between, but you also get to rate + personalize your radio station. better than last.fm Echo Link is WRONG URL! I love pandora but sometimes for variety I like Onion River Radio online from Vermont or Cool Blue. I thought Last.fm would be there, too; I'll check it though If you like Pat Metheny, you can listen to his tunes for free at PatMetheny.com (check out his radio station) IUMA seems dead? But anyway, add www.magnatune.com to your must-listen list. Wide selection of genres and a some good free mp3 downloads. |
