Someone asked for a guide on herbs and I didn't recall where I had it until tonight. I wish I could recall who needed that info? BRAZILIAN SUMA ROOT St Johns Wort - check before using as it can cause problems with some health conditions. I notice that comfrey and borage have been left out. Good as they can both cause cancer of the liver if used over a period of time. ( Vegans after their b12 should be careful.) Comfrey tea though, is an effective gargle for sore throats. Just don't swallow. simire_zerss is a spammer skwirlinator: thank you for this fabulous guide. I know I for one will be using it for reference.
