This article was of some great interest to me since my son is a diabetic. Diabetics have a lot of trouble dieting because if they don't eat they get sicker. Diabetics must diet under strict doctor's supervision to prevent severe medical problems ... and not too many people can afford the cost or the time (perhaps hospitalized) that this would involve.
