Islam is a fine religion and no more warlike that Christianity or Judaism.

Perhaps you are aware of the Crusades? The hundreds of centuries of Protestant-Catholic religious wars?

Maybe you've heard of the Spanish Inquisition?

Are you aware that the United States (an 80% Christian nation) is current involved and has started Wars in the Middle East..and has troops in 50 or 60 other nations as well.

Aware that the Pope has said that the War in Iraq is not a just war?
