Strictly speaking, CPR may not have been called for in #5. He was losing consciousness, not having chest pains.

And GB gets points for offering a hand and making sure the guy didn't just smack his melon on the deck.

But as someone who has done 1st aid out at Burning Man, trust me... when someone says "I'm passing out", take them at their word. Put an arm around their shoulder and (as GB did in fact do) don't let their melon smack the deck.
