I've been lifting weights for years and contrary to popular belief, it's very difficult for a woman to build muscle mass. I'm happy if I can keep from deteriorating I understand that, I had the luck of being on an international weight lifting team in the military. It was allot of blood, sweat and tears. I was injured pretty badly which has kept me out of the gym these days... That hurts, but what can you do? Well, I can bench press my own body weight which is pretty good for a woman. The danger of them is that not many people understand the limit and usage of them which causes allot of severely injured persons. Mentally and physically.
