No one gets that way naturally. I've been lifting weights for years and contrary to popular belief, it's very difficult for a woman to build muscle mass. I'm happy if I can keep from deteriorating

I understand that, I had the luck of being on an international weight lifting team in the military. It was allot of blood, sweat and tears. I was injured pretty badly which has kept me out of the gym these days...

That hurts, but what can you do?

Well, I can bench press my own body weight which is pretty good for a woman. But I hear ya talking, because I'm prone to tendonitis and I've partially tore my rotor cuff. Lately I've concentrated more on doing lighter weights with a lot of reps and more aerobics.

Then you can just imagine what lifting multiple sets of 300-400 and up does to your body. That is why when I see wrestlers you just have to understand that much stress on the body has been supplemented with steroid use!

The danger of them is that not many people understand the limit and usage of them which causes allot of severely injured persons. Mentally and physically. But the image put forth is one for several reasons, one huge reasons is that they bigger they are, the more money it seems they can bring in... interesting...
