This is a showcase, and an attempt to enforce obedience through fear. The next 50 years will make the last 500 years seem like kindergarten, and the idea of any one person or organization being able to maintain dominance seems remote. So many "secret" organizations have been dra... The security issue seems to be portrayed as relatively two dimensional by authorities. It seems to be lacking the memory of the fundamental change we have undergone over the last 10-15 years. The internet will continue to adapt and evolve at an accelerated rate.Looking at what is, and what was, does not prepare us for the future. We must keep remembering that the imagination of the general public has immense practical potential, and the internet is a blank page which also provides the closest equivalent to the sum total of human knowledge and experience. They are trying to enforce legislation which was enacted for the sake of an business model that is becoming obsolete. So if we learn something how much is it going to cost us ? |
