If the EU doesn't want to be a positive influence towards peace, the they might have zero influence. They have no right telling the Israelis what to do with security matters.

Well if that's the case then Israel has no right to ask for backup for their unjust cause.

As Israel has a right to peace and security, so do Palestinians and leaving them in inhuman conditions in Gaza does not help Israel's case at all. They just show they don't respect human rights!!
