DIABETICS BEWARE!

Just got a round of steroid shots this morning with antibiotics; the doctor mentioned I couldn't have the shots if I was diabetic, (which I'm not.) This sounds really good though. Sweetened milk must be the culprit in this recipe. Note to self: cut down on the carbs anyway.
