October 18, 2009 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports Stephanie Pratt is suspected of driving under the influence. </DIV><BR /><DIV>According to Sgt. Mark Cohan of the Los Angeles Police Department Pratt age 23 was arrested at approximately 3:45 a.m. outside of a Los Angeles nightclub. Cohan did not elaborate on the circumstances that led up to the arrest and did state that she was taken to the Van Nuys Division where she was held with bail set at $5,000. </DIV><BR /><DIV>The Hills star was released Sunday morning with a ticket to appear for a court hearing, but did not have to post bail according to the spokesperson for the Van Nuys Division. </DIV><BR />It is reported that Pratt attended a birthday celebration at Empire for cast member Holly Montag and then visited a local Los Angeles nightclub with the cast members before the driving under the influence arrest.
