The saddest story ever told. Knowing that as long as your parents live, they will never know you or love and accept you for who you are.

It also reflects the idea that our parents were much less "free" than we realize, and were governed by some very spiritually depriving principles, for lack of better words, which kept them from envisioning and implementing a peaceful future for the world. Were they governed by fear??
