Use your Twitter user or create a new one to post to your blog. Give twitterfeed the username and password, and it will post blog updates to Twitter. Login to twitterfeed with your OpenID and give twitterfeed the URL of the blog RSS feed and configure how often it should post to Twitter. Easy!
