UN is a joke and US is a even bigger joke...Only move to where they have some economical interests. everyone knows about Darfur but nobody cares about it. Nice World is´n it?

US is a country. It's job is to protect it's interests, just as any other sovereign nation does. UN on the other hand is suppose to be looking out for all of the nations that are part of it. US isn't any more of a 'joke' than any other country in the world, since nobody's doing anything in that region. Of course if US was to do something - then you immediately get all of the "US is a bully and US is trying to police the world' crowd.

While not enough, the US was the first country to call it genocide, no other country was willing to take that step. So while no one has done enough, the US has done more than the rest.
