¿algun remedio casero, para solucionar esto?; bueno aparte de la licencia medica que dice la noticia, que no hace mucha gracia a los directores de colegio creo jaja !

- No iniciar la clase si los alumnos no se han callado. Debe buscar alternativas para silenciar el aula sin recurrir a los gritos.
- No se debe esforzar la voz al mismo tiempo que se realiza un esfuerzo físico tal como cargar objetos pesados o forzar la voz cuando se está corriendo, como es el caso de los profesores de educación física.
- Cuando la voz se reciente, es importante que el profesor se acoja a una licencia médica al corto plazo.
