Elsie Poncher says her hubby was a "helluva nice guy," but she needs the money to help pay off her $1.6 million mortgage.

                        She's auctioning off the crypt at a Westwood cemetery on eBay starting at $500,000. Her husband bought the crypt from Joe DiMaggio in 1954 in the midst of the baseball legend's divorce from Monroe. Hugh Hefner bought the crypt next to the actress in 1992 for $75,000. "Spending eternity next to Marilyn is too sweet to pass up," Hef said.
