I've listened to the interview and I also read the article because I wanted to know if this guy had said "change the complexion' or if it was actually in writing and it was. In either case it's racism. Because it was in writing and could have been changed, it indicates a total lack of remorse on the part of the club. If this case goes to court, this statement is an undeniable admission of guilt.
I'm afraid we will always have a certain amount of prejudice in this world but we should never be anything less than outraged when we encounter it.
