Been using it for over 3 years by now and find it easy to use, effective, good features, etc.
And its free.

Just an ignorant question. Does it do the same things as the "performance and maintenance" feature on our computers? I have Avast and PC Tools Spyware Doctor; do I need more?

yup.... Ccleaner is a must have..just try it and u will see the difference

I have had this since it was known as crap cleaner
I fully recommend it! Uncheck the yahoo toolbar during install tho. I hate yahoo toolbar. Google is the only one worthy.
