Compare cops of the eighties and early nineties to what you see in the modern versions. More ass beatings and less tasings. Cops had to be stronger than the rest of us mooks to despence with the indiscriminate justice. Now anyone wanting to wear the jackboots of the American empire just needs to know how to use a stun weapon.
