Well, well, well, I have to admire you Americans; here we would never have the balls to actually charge one of our top politicians like this; we are far too "oh, THAT can't be right" about people's misdeeds/crimes while in public office.

But they started already smearing campaign against the prosecutor. Law professor insist he cannot bring charges against federal officials. So let them promptly throw out the case and raise it to the suitable level by appeal process. Is that not the option?
