This happens far more often then people think. In my small city we have had several taser deaths a year. It seems because they are considered non-lethal, they are often wielded like toys used by children.

I have epilepsy. You can become very delirious , combative, or... not yourself, if your meds are off, or your simply having a flare up. Your not fully aware of what your doing. If you are, your not aware your acting wrong.
