So, he must have seen the second crash on the tv on 9-11, but he wanted a camera op so he went into the classroom and then was told what he already knew in front of the camera. Amazing! Open your ears. He did not say it was the first plane. He said he "saw an airplane hit the tower". He had no way of knowing which plane it was. If you make assertions get your facts straight. But then again, maybe that wouldn't work for you would it? Facts just get in the way when we want to make a point whether it's trur or not. Get a life. beeney 2 - Ok, lets ignore for the moment that he couldn't have seen the 2nd plane hit the WTC because he was already in the classroom with the children and assume that he DID see the 2nd plane. Think about that for a moment. There are some basic assumptions that must also be made if we're going to assume what he saw was the 2nd plane: *Bush already knew of the first crash. To have seen the 2nd crash on TV, Bush would have had to have been watching TV (or in an area where a TV was on) and the networks and cable news channels were all giving continuous coverage to the first crash. To think that Bush could have been close enough to a TV to have seen the 2nd crash and yet still beuna... *When Andy Card came into the classroom to whisper in Bush's ear about the 2nd hit to the WTC, he was telling Bush something he already knew. This MIGHT make sense if Bush had decided it would be best for him to go in and listen to the children for at least a few minutes and asked Card to come in after a short bit to "call him out" of the room (much like how a woman on a bad date may sneak off to the restroom and call a friend to ask her to ring her back in a few minutes on her cellphone or pager to give her an excuse to ditch her date.) But even after Card came in and whispered to him about the attack, Bush didn't do anything - he continued to stay in the classroom listening and t... come on, this isnt the smartest man ever. and your trying to hold him to what happened a few months ago. and some busy months at that. Oh please! When something *this* big and *this* shocking happens, you remember where you were when you heard about it! Being smart or stupid has nothing to do with it - it's the kind of think that imprints itself on your brain. Almost anyone you ask could tell you where they were and what they were doing when they learned of the planes hitting the towers and they'll be able to you. It was *that* big of a deal. For Bush, it would have been an even *bigger* deal, because the country he's allegedly leading HAD JUST BEEN ATTACKED! That moment should be burned on his brain in like the biggest, brightest, most neon-y sign you can imagine, and then some. I'm sorry, but given Bush's personal r... |
