mugofcoffee says: There seems to be no limit for the 'research' material of the scientists!!! that's crazy! i breastfed both my kids for a couple of months- my older seems to love so many different kids of food- however, my little one wont even eat pizza! So i don't buy this study! I don't know about tastes, but my son's colic episodes did stop after I stopped eating beans, potatoes and other fermentable foods, in the first couple of months of breast-feeding....... then I gradually introduced the same elements in later months and he was fine from then on.... I think there's still alot of research that can be done on breast-feeding..... maybe even cross checking with the different cultural habits from all over the world..... They're kidding right? Farmers have known for hundreds of YEARS that diet directly affects the milk product of the bovine persuasion. Yes, COWS. Ask any farmer why he gets pissed off when 'bessy gets into the clover or alfalfa uninvited. Makes the milk taste 'grassy' Most people who live in cities would never know this, becuase the milk they get from the store is largely an industrialized product. |
