Collagr.com gives users the ability to generate backgrounds from images they have stored in multiple places on the internet. They can then place that background image on their MySpace/YouTube/Break.com page.

Right now they only support getting images from Flickr, but they are adding a lot more image sources and extra graphic editing functionality very soon.
