wiccantexan says: Picking apart the "Celtic tree calendar." I am a firm believer in astrology. I have cast horoscopes using the ephemeris based on sidereal time. Haven't done one in a long time, but still remember how.' What I learned works so there is no need to look further. What is being pointed out here is the Celtic tree astrology, not astrology in general. Do you take into account that the sun and moon do not spend the same amount of time crossing each constellation (e.g. solar crossing of Virgo is 45 days & Scorpus is but 3) and that Ophiucus also lies within the zodiac plane? What is being pointed out here is the Celtic tree astrology, not astrology in general.I get that. I just didn't know if there was a "name" for the astrology I was taught. I meant that I wasn't looking into other types of astrology, for ex. in India horoscopes are based on the moon and cast at birth. |
