awesome. Feel really bad how they had to endure so much in ww2 as we stood by afraid to get involved until we were attacked and hitler declared war on us. II know if shoe was on other foot they would of been here to help us in a heartbeat. I am historian and watch video after video on ww2 and daily am amazed. So far best coverage i have found is War of the Century series. If ya have netflix it's well worth the rent of series.

And then ya got the french and that really pisses me off. How they the government there being the cowards they are sent their own police to round up the jews for deportation knowing full well they would be exterminated. I don't care what excuse they give today, that's unforgivable.
And yeah i know full well the "we don't want to get involved" attitude of people. Vietnam was no picnic but what made it worse for us was we didn't even have the support of the public. All we were doing is following instructions and from propaganda thinking what we were doing was right. Only to find out later was all for nothing. Didn't make us baby killers and hated enough to be spat at. The ones that ran to canada to hide should of been if for nothing more then because they were cowards. They weren't running for a cause. They ran because scared. I agree now though was stupid war and all for nothing. But just showing support would of been so great, and debate it later. No excuse for why watched babies, men, women being bombed nightly in London we shouldn't of been there helping right from day 1.
Sorry for rambling.. once i get going on ww2 i get really emotional.
