the ugly american- where we were then and where we are now....what happens to Americans when they go abroad? etc......
of course having lived in alaska and dealing with tourists there- me thinks it isn't just Americans that forget all manners and common sense when out representing themselves

I think when anyone travels outside their own country they should check out the customs and ways of life in the country they are visiting. Actually this would be a good idea in our own country. Here in Canada the west coast really is different from the east coast and everything in between has their differences too.
