Ping pong between rock and hard place. Ah the wonders and joy of being muslim. You can live in the dirt, get your family blown up, sacrifice your sons to madmen, brush flies off whatever food you can scrape up, suffer nonexistant medical treatment, live in ignorance, and squat on some rock somewhere, watching life pass you by.
