I just learned what A2DP is, today. You see, I'm in the market for a new pair of headphones and thought I'd do some research. A2DP allows you to stream high quality stereo sound to bluetooth headphones. There are some nice A2DP-capable noise-canceling headphones out there, but, since the iPhone doesn't yet support A2DP, it looks like there's no point in me buying them.

So I think I'm just gonna go with a regular pair of noise-canceling headphones for the time being. Once the iPhone supports A2DP, I'll consider selling my headphones or gifting them to family and then buy some nice A2DP noise-canceling headphones that also have a mic.
