I was talking to a friend about how it would be so wonderful to be able to travel for a few months - have adventures, learn a new language, see a new part of the world! I imagined sitting on a beach in a hammock, relaxing to the sound of ocean waves softly breaking against the white sand beach. Relaxed and wonderful…until snapping back to the "reality" that I had bills to pay, a limitted savings account, a 9 - 5 job, and responsibilities. I couldn’t take off to some remote island for 3 months! What was I thinking?
