My Grandmother on my father's side stayed sharp until her 90's by playing lots of scrabble, doing crosswords, and putting herself to sleep reciting the states and their capitals. Don't we all know the things we need to do to keep healthy - mentally or physically! The trouble is, can we be bothered to DO them?! |
