GPS makes it easy to track victims
The latest twist: GPS gadgets that sell for hundreds of dollars that can be secretly installed on a victim’s vehicle. The unit beams coordinates to a Web page that maps the victim's car wherever it goes.

Another example of Ying & Yang. New technology is truely wonderful & has brought us out of the dark ages, so to speak but look at this example. On the one hand GPS can find stolen cars, find a car someone is in that had a heart attack, etc. but on the other hand......well you read the story.
