O2 Media and Brand Star Productions have both enjoyed long, successful histories in producing educational, entertaining television shows with a female demographic. Furthermore, they are both located in South Florida, just a few miles apart. While O2 Media and Five Star Productions could view themselves as rivals, competing in the same industry, they had a different philosophy.
