Good find, Dorine. Read a book called Blood Orchids a few years ago. It's an insight into the seedy illegal trade in rare orchids and the depths to which buyers, traders and collectors will go in order to obtain them. Worth the read.

The movie Adaptation is about orchids too. It's been awhile since I've seen the movie, but I think they find a ghost orchid in the movie. Does anyone know?

They sure do, mousie, but, like all the other quests in that great movie, getting what they desired didn't turn out the way that had hoped.
