Having worked extensively with both digital and traditional kinds of art I can tell you that there is no such thing as 'cheating' only tools and skill levels. Anything 'art' you see in digital form is an illusion of sorts,anyone can copy and modify anything they have on their screen so the buyer beware. I have seen many artists pass off Photoshop-ed photographs as traditional paintings which is cheesy at the very least, but not a threat to artists who can use their own skills to make art. |
