They have to use an operating system. Microsoft, Apple, Linux. Our brilliant engineers need to work with the operating system developers to embed something that detects certain patterns of use in computers used by jihadists and, trojan-like, reveals their user and location to our hellfire missile-loaded predators. Or at least enables a knock at their doors by the authorities. Or variations thereof.
