I just downloaded this program. They are offering it for free for a "limited time." Maybe it will be free for awhile? Regardless, I have used a few types of photo organizers and so far I like this set up.

Have you tried ACDSee and Picasa?

I have Picasa and it's ok. There's some things that I enjoy about it but other things I don't. I feel like I don't have control over where my photos are stored. Maybe there's a preference that I missed?

Haven't tried ACDSee though. Gotta weblink?

ACDSee isn't free, at least the pro version isn't. There are things I love about Picasa but there are also things I hate about it.
