No, it's BitTorrent and such where you assign a part of your band width to download music, films, dvd, in the background at no cost. My son and I each have extra drives for storing extras - music mostly in my case in MP3 format.

I ask because I've some great Irish music that I fell you would not have available in the US. I'm not sure how I'd get it to you if you were interested.
