</P></blockquote><div style="height: 2px; font-size: 2px; background: #dcdcdc; border-bottom: solid 1px #f5f5f5; margin: 2px 4px;"></div><blockquote style="text-align: left; padding: 0px 8px; margin: 4px 0px 8px 0px; background: transparent; border: none;" cite="http://japan.cnet.com/mobile/story/0,3800078151,20367196,00.htm"><P>　LTEとはW-CDMAの高速化規格。NTTドコモは第3世代携帯電話の上位版という意味を込めてSuper 3Gと呼んでいる。複数のアンテナを利用することで高速化し、100Mbps以上の高速通信が可能になる。NTTドコモは2009年までに技術開発を完了させる計画で、Ericssonのほか富士通、NEC（Alcatel-Lucentと合弁会社を設立する予定）、松下電器産業（Nokia Siemens Networksと協力）を基地局ベンダーとして選定している。2010年度中にサービスを開始したい考えだ。
