Gallup proves that non-partisans lead slightly who are not loyal to the political party machinery. GOP is sinking, people disenfranchised after George W. Bush and 2008 election process. Republicans should blame Neoconservatism (Bush-Cheney and Co., including RINO primary candidates) for their fall.

To put it another way the republican party has put itself in "exile", which nobody trusts.
