In regards to the one with the Chinese characters:

I think the woman in the first picture sold the space on her forehead for some figure in the range of $10-25,000.

While I'm by no means a fan of tats, I do know that most reputable "artists" would not do a work such as the "I'm Gonna Killy You Ray Romano" piece.

Sad/funny though it is, these people may or can have children after showing this kind of judgment.

That one looks like it was previously something else, then he changed his mind and tried to put something better over top of it.... but I can't imagine what's worse than a Native American woman humping a corndog.
