the level of trust between people of the same ethnicity also fell off with increasing ethnic diversity.
It is more important for people to be good than it is for people to be happy. Goodness should be the goal - not happiness.
The problem with diversity today is that it is manufactured and coerced, not achieved williningly through means of commonalities. It focuses on differences instead of shared values. When this continues to be the case and we have racist systems like affirmitive action that breed cynicism and resentment, we have little hope for advancement.
The agenda of diversity is a materialistic sham and will never lead to acceptance, just division.
We must first ...

We must first recognize what we share before the materialistic "theorists' try to "fix" everthing by dividing all mankind into specific groups and categories.
If we don't divide everyone up into groups, how will we know who the victims are?! Think, man, think.

Of course when left to their own devices, people tend to drive away those who are different. If you want to live in a bubble, go right ahead, but don't cry when reality burst in, as it always does.

Of course, this is an initial response. However, as is proven in America, groups can come together easily when common values are shared. The agenda of those that separate causes the amplitude of the division and the frequency of the intoloerance. There is not a more diverse culture on Earth. I think a vast majority of Americans are proud of that fact. What we are not proud of are the opportunists, materialists, and bleeding hearts fabricating injustice and using our differences to ...

Let me give you an example, if I may. one of my offices is in the Sociology / Social Work ... departments of a major university. If you walk by the office of some of the professors (with PhD-s mind you) They all have posters outside their offices saying: This office is a safe zone, then goes on to describe a safe-zone as an are free of all sorts of discrimination, then LISTS all the forms of discrimination. The implication that their office is a safe zone is rediculous as it implies all other area are not safe for any minority. It is mind-numbing the inherent racism and bogoty in the assumption of these professors. I find it highly offensive.

Do nothing since we all live in paradise anyway and if that chap over there is being beaten to death because he is not of the right race, color or sexual orientation, thats quiet alright because it is better that than having some bleeding heart materialist coming along and saying "hey that is wrong and I think we should so something about it".

there was a thing about this is an irish newspaper ,we've been getting immigrants like never before. It said different races were not a problem as long as they were integrated into the community.I also heard that Ireland was a leading light in interculturalism as opposed to multiculturalism.

So, based on what the other comments are and the article, I also have a theory. Movement and dispersal causes a disruption in entropy, and chaos ensues. Over time a new equilibrium resets itself and new entropy ensues.
