						Fernando Ríos</DIV><BR /><DIV>Ciudad de México.- La Procuraduría General de Justicia del Distrito Federal (PGJDF) inició la elaboración del mapa-guía geográfico de los lugares donde se cometen los principales delitos ambientales en la delegación Xochimilco, con la finalidad de atacar y abatir los impactos ambientales.</DIV><BR /><DIV>El estudio inició con un recorrido sobre los canales de la demarcación, donde los especialistas tomaron muestras de agua.</DIV><BR /><DIV>A través de la Subprocuraduría de Averiguaciones Previas Desconcentradas, la PGJDF determinó que entre las conductas constitutivas de delitos ambientales destacan los cambios de uso del suelo, descargas de residuos sólidos, de aguas excedentes y depósitos ilegales de cascajo.</DIV><BR />El fiscal Samuel Ibarra Vargas informó que la población asentada de manera irregular en chinampas y canales es de 15 mil personas.
